How our technical assistance works
1. Exploratory Call
Fill out our assistance request form below to describe your needs. We'll arrange an initial non-binding call to discuss your technical challenges, project details, and desired outcomes.
2. Proposal & Contract
After our call, you’ll receive a tailored support proposal. The scope, deliverables, and terms will be outlined in a contract; fees may apply depending on the complexity and required support and will be detailed in the proposal.
3. Get Started
On agreement, our team engages with you to deliver hands-on technical assistance and actionable guidance based on the scope of work agreed on.
